Pages keep their exact size
Organize works on the PDF you already have. Unlike Merge PDF, which fits every page to A4, it leaves each page at its original size — a Letter page stays Letter, a landscape drawing stays landscape. Text stays selectable, and quality is untouched because the pages are not re-rendered.
Organize, remove, extract or split?
They share one page editor with a different starting point. Organize fixes the order and orientation of a whole document. Remove PDF Pages deletes a few pages. Extract PDF Pages keeps only the pages you need. Split PDF saves each page as its own file.

Will rotating a page reduce its quality?
No. The rotation is saved into the page; its content is not redrawn.
Can I combine two PDFs and organize them together?

Is there a page limit?
No fixed limit. Very long PDFs are slower on a phone than on a laptop, because the work happens on your device.
