How to use Aadhaar Card Print
- Photograph the cardPut the card on a plain surface that contrasts with it and take a photo from straight above. Add one photo for the front and one for the back.
- Check the cropEach side appears already cropped and straightened. If a corner is off, tap Corners and drag the four points; the 90° and 180° buttons turn it if it came out sideways or upside down.
- Download and printChoose side by side or one above the other, then download the A4 PDF — or Download JPG for the cropped card images themselves. Print at 100%.
Real card size, not “fit to page”
Aadhaar, PAN and driving licence cards are 85.6 × 54 mm — the international ID-1 size. The PDF places each side at exactly that size on an A4 sheet, so the printout matches the physical card and can be cut out and laminated. Other sizes are there too: A7 (105 × 74 mm), B7 (125 × 88 mm), and a full-page option that fills the sheet for a document that isn't a card.
Left on automatic, the tool looks at the shape of what it found: card-shaped crops print at card size, anything larger fills the page — so a full-size Aadhaar letter is not shrunk down to a card.

Which cards does it work with?

Why is my printout smaller than the card?
The printer was set to “Fit to page” or a scale below 100%. Print the PDF at Actual size / 100% and the card comes out at 85.6 × 54 mm.
Can it read iPhone (HEIC) photos?
Yes — HEIC photos are converted in the browser before cropping.
Is my Aadhaar photo uploaded anywhere?
No. The crop and the PDF are made on your own device.
