How to use Extract PDF Pages

Extract or split?
Extract gives you one new PDF containing the pages you chose. If you want every page as its own PDF file, use Split PDF instead.
Nothing is re-rendered
The pages are copied across exactly: the same size, the same fonts, selectable text. The new file is usually smaller than the original, because it carries only the pages you kept.
When it's useful
Sending only the pages that matter: the marksheet page from a combined certificates PDF, the signed page of an agreement, the two pages of a bank statement that a loan form asks for. Keeping an upload small by dropping pages nobody needs. Pulling one chapter out of a long report to read on a phone.
If the pages you keep also need a different order, or turning the right way up, use Organize PDF instead — it removes pages as well as moving and rotating them, all in one pass.
